>Billy was kind, smart, funny, loving, and highly ethical. He helped others, was loved by everyone, had many different interests, and was a person way ahead of his time. The term “Renaissance man” would fit him. His life partner, Tamar Ghidalia, and children, Jake & Tali, miss him every day.
>Billy, what a fantastic man. I enjoyed working with him. Billy was quite a visionary and his ability to put a project together was masterful. He was a friend and I will miss him.
>We are so very sorry to learn of Billy's death. We know it was a long and difficult road for everyone, and we hope, like my mom, Billy's at eternal peace.
>How sad we were to hear of Billy's passing. He was a mensch. He will be missed by everyone.
